# Youyun API Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") apply to your access to or use of the website, account, console, API gateway, model calls, top-up, documentation, customer support, and other related services provided by Youyun API (hereinafter referred to as "this platform" or "we").

Please read these Terms carefully before using this platform. By registering, logging in, topping up, creating an API Key, calling APIs, or otherwise using this platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

## 1. Service Scope

This platform provides services through https://yycode.net. Service content includes but is not limited to:

- AI model API gateway and unified calls
- API Key, group, multiplier, usage, bill, and log management
- Model calls, Token statistics, balance management, and top-up services
- Documentation, tutorials, customer support, tickets, notifications, and technical support
- Other functions related to the above services

This platform may integrate third-party models, upstream APIs, payment, cloud services, or security services. The availability, prices, model capabilities, context limits, output quality, and policy rules of third-party services may change.

## 2. Account Registration and Use

You must ensure that the information you provide when registering for and using this platform is true, accurate, complete, and lawful, and update it in a timely manner.

You must properly safeguard your account, password, API Key, access token, key files, and device environment. Operations initiated through your account or API Key are deemed to be actions by you or authorized by you. Losses caused by improper custody, account sharing, key leakage, client configuration errors, or third-party tool risks are borne by you.

Without our written consent, you may not transfer, rent, lend, sell accounts, or otherwise provide account control to third parties.

## 3. Lawful and Compliant Use

You undertake to use this platform only for lawful, legitimate, and authorized purposes, and must not use this platform to engage in the following conduct:

- Violating laws and regulations, regulatory requirements, industry norms, or public order and good customs
- Infringing others' intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, personal information, or other legitimate rights and interests
- Generating or spreading illegal, harmful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, pornographic, infringing, malicious-code, or regulation-evading content
- Crawling, scanning, attacking, stress testing, interfering with, or damaging this platform or third-party systems without authorization
- Bypassing quotas, billing, risk control, permissions, region restrictions, model limits, or security mechanisms
- Bulk registration, fraudulent use, arbitrage, resale of quota, abnormal concurrency, malicious retries, or other abuse
- Using this platform for high-risk automated decisions in legal, medical, financial, investment, security, employment, credit, judicial, or similar areas without human review and compliance assessment
- Other conduct that may harm this platform, users, third parties, or public interests

If we discover or reasonably suspect violations, we have the right to take measures such as rate limiting, suspending keys, freezing accounts, stopping services, clearing illegal content, refusing refunds, preserving evidence, and reporting to competent authorities.

## 4. User Content and Model Outputs

Prompts, code, text, images, files, context, configurations, request parameters, and other content you submit through this platform remain subject to the lawful rights of you or the corresponding rights holders.

We will not persistently store the Prompt, context, code, images, files, or model output body in customer API calls. The above content is only temporarily processed as necessary to complete request forwarding, model response return, and immediate error handling. However, content you actively submit to customer support, tickets, email, and other support channels may be stored for a reasonable period to handle the issue.

You understand and agree that this platform or upstream model providers may perform safety checks, refusal responses, rate limiting, or interception on requests containing sensitive words, illegal content, or high-risk content based on laws and regulations, platform rules, security policies, or model service policies. Such processing does not mean we will persistently store request bodies. Except for necessary call metadata, error codes, interception status, and risk-control records, we will not retain intercepted Prompt, context, code, images, files, or model output body.

You must ensure that submitted content has lawful authorization and does not contain illegal information, others' personal sensitive information, trade secrets, unauthorized copyrighted content, or other information that should not be submitted.

AI model outputs are probabilistically generated by model services based on input content, and may contain errors, omissions, bias, incompleteness, instability, or unsuitability for specific purposes. You must independently judge, test, and review output results. We do not guarantee that model outputs are accurate, complete, reliable, merchantable, fit for a particular purpose, or non-infringing.

## 5. Billing, Top-up, and Balance

This platform usually charges through prepaid quota, model multipliers, Token usage, group prices, call records, and similar methods. Prices, multipliers, discounts, and model information displayed on pages may change due to upstream policies, exchange rates, promotions, costs, or technical rules.

Unless otherwise stated on the page, top-ups on this platform are paid in RMB and converted into usable quota according to the rules published by the platform. The current display basis is "1 RMB top-up = 1 USD quota". The specific result is subject to the payment page, billing page, and backend records.

Before topping up, you should confirm the account, amount, payment method, and service purpose. Fees incurred after calls are completed are subject to platform billing system records. If you dispute billing, you should contact us promptly after discovery and provide order number, call time, model name, request ID, or other necessary information.

Refund rules are subject to the Refund Policy.

## 6. Service Availability and Changes

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure stable service operation, but we do not promise that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, always compatible, or suitable for all scenarios.

The following circumstances may cause service interruption, delay, failure, or unavailability:

- Failures of servers, networks, DNS, CDN, cloud services, databases, payment, SMS, email, or security services
- Rate limiting, maintenance, bans, price adjustments, policy changes, or unavailability of third-party models or upstream APIs
- Insufficient user balance, key errors, configuration errors, request over-limit, illegal content, or risk-control interception
- System maintenance, upgrade, migration, capacity expansion, emergency fixes, or security incidents
- Force majeure or other reasons beyond our reasonable control

We have the right to adjust services, functions, models, prices, multipliers, APIs, documentation, billing rules, and restrictions based on business development, compliance requirements, security risks, or third-party changes, and to notify users through page announcements, in-site notices, or other reasonable means.

## 7. Intellectual Property

The website, interface, programs, documentation, trademarks, Logos, visual design, structure, data statistics, operational content, and related intellectual property rights of this platform belong to us or lawful rights holders.

Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, rent, sell, mirror, crawl, or otherwise use this platform's content or technical achievements.

## 8. Third-party Services

This platform may contain third-party services, third-party links, or third-party model capabilities. When using third-party services, you may also need to comply with their service terms, usage policies, privacy policies, content rules, and regional restrictions.

The prices, availability, output quality, security policies, account status, and policy changes of third-party services are not fully under our control. For service exceptions caused by third parties, we will use reasonable efforts to assist, but we do not assume responsibility beyond what is provided by law and these Terms.

## 9. Account Suspension and Termination

In the following circumstances, we have the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the services provided to you:

- You violate these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, or platform rules
- You engage in illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, attacking, fraudulent-use, arbitrage, or abnormal call behavior
- Your account, payment, key, request content, or usage scenario has security or compliance risks
- Competent authorities, judicial authorities, third-party rights holders, or upstream service providers make lawful requests
- Service operation stops, business adjustments occur, or force majeure prevents continued service provision

Account termination does not affect fees, debts, liability for breach, dispute handling, and compliance audits incurred before termination.

## 10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, this platform provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding:

- Services being never interrupted, error-free, or always available
- Third-party model capabilities, prices, response speed, output content, and policies remaining stable
- AI outputs being suitable for your specific business, technical, commercial, or compliance purposes
- Information obtained through this platform being completely accurate, complete, timely, or free of infringement risk

You should independently back up important data, evaluate model output risks, and be responsible for the consequences of using outputs in production, commercial, compliance, or high-risk scenarios.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

Unless mandatory provisions of laws and regulations provide otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses, expected benefit losses, business interruption, data loss, goodwill loss, third-party claims, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this platform.

If we are legally required to assume liability, our total liability is capped at the amount you actually paid and that was not refunded for the related service during the 3 months before the dispute occurred.

## 12. Terms Updates

We may update these Terms due to changes in business, technology, laws and regulations, or third-party services. Updated Terms will be published on the page or notified by reasonable means. Your continued use of this platform is deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

## 13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Disputes arising from these Terms or this platform's services should first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a people's court with jurisdiction.
