FAQ
1. What does the 0.3X rate multiplier on a group card mean?
This is the exchange rate for that group. It represents how much platform balance you need to spend for every 1 USD of official model quota consumed.
Example:
0.3x means: when the model's official charge is $1, you only consume 0.3 platform balance (equivalent to ¥0.3).
Calculated at a real exchange rate of about 7, this is roughly 4.3% of the original price.
The lower the multiplier, the lower the usage cost. Different groups have different rate multipliers, so choose the group that fits your needs.
2. How is the actual deduction calculated?
The actual deduction formula is:
Actual deduction = Official model price (USD) x group rate multiplier
Example: If a model call is officially billed at $0.50 and the group rate is 0.3x:
Actual deduction = $0.50 x 0.3 = 0.15 platform balance
You can view the detailed deduction for each call in Usage Records in the console.
3. What are the differences between groups? How should I choose?
The main differences between groups are:
- Rate multiplier: The lower the multiplier, the lower the cost
- Supported models: Some groups may only support specific models
- Stability and speed: Different groups may have different concurrency limits and response speeds
General recommendation: choose the recommended group for daily use. If you have high stability requirements, choose a dedicated group.
4. Can I create multiple Keys?
Yes. You can create multiple Keys on the API Keys page to separate different projects or purposes. Each Key is managed independently, and all Keys share the same account balance.
5. How is service stability guaranteed?
We help ensure service stability through:
- Continuous monitoring: 24/7 system monitoring to detect and handle exceptions promptly
- Capacity planning: Dynamically adjusting resources based on usage to avoid overload
- Fault recovery: Complete failover and automatic recovery mechanisms
- Performance optimization: Continuous optimization of core capabilities for high-frequency development scenarios
6. How do I purchase?
Currently, purchases are made through voucher cards. This may later change to direct QR-code payment, where the balance is credited automatically after payment.
There are two ways to open the purchase page:
- Console entry: Click Wallet Management in the console
